Many thanks to Apple Fixers for a first class job on my iMac.

I had a new hard drive fitted to replace the original WD 640GB disk that failed. I got a good 10 years out of it though, so certainly no complaints to Apple.

Apple Fixers offered a number of suggestions for a replacement, including a SSD upgrade to whatever capacity I desired (that would fit and work); I chose a 512GB SSD and it works flawlessly. Incredible difference and speed as expected.

In addition to this upgrade, they also cleaned the machine thoroughly, removing all traces of dust from the iMac completely; a job in itself, which I really appreciate.

I have only positive feedback for the service and customer experience received and would wholeheartedly recommend this company to others.

While the technical side of the service is excellent, I can say that I really bought the person as I found them so personable and easy to talk to from day one.

They were patient with my questions, very polite, extremely professional and just really nice chaps to be honest, which made me feel confident and comfortable from the outset.

My iMac was failing to start for no apparent reason. It was collected and returned within 48 hours. Will recommend!

After spilling a cup of tea an my Macbook i thought it was dead.

Nope, i was wrong. I called Apple Fixers and was advised on what to do until it was collected. All fixed now and probably working better than before.

My iMac wouldnt start; it turned out to be the Hard Drive that had failed. I needed my Files back so i got two jobs done in one.

New hard drive and a working mac and all of my data back.

Not only did they repair my I-mac and sort out my wife's I-pad but they even did battle with BT (Indian Telecom) on our behalf, in providing us with an improved broadband connection and most importantly helped to restore our faith in using our devices again.
